Semporna Ocean Village at a glance
Semporna Ocean Village is the merge of guest house and fish farm which is located in the middle of sea in Semporna. It provides various facilities for spending a complete day there. Chill and relax on hammocks or swings in the ocean breeze, or do some fishing there. The people living there is friendly and you may get some useful advise before indulging fishing at the farm. You could jump into the ocean whenever you want and don't worry the deepness of the sea as Semporna Ocean Village is located in between shallow ocean and deep ocean. You could walk for miles on the sea at low tide or submerge yourself a few feet into the ocean at high tide. You could also learn some thing new about fish farming and fishes when enjoying with your family.

Term and Conditions
- Loss of any snorkeling equipment will be charged accordingly.
- Any damaged and/or theft of property belongs to Ocean Seafood Village will be penalized.
- Only Malaysia Ringgit is accepted.
- Snorkeling trips are subject to weather and sea condition of the day.
- Partial refund will be provided if the weather is in bad condition with the terms that the snorkeling trip is not started.
- No refund will be provided if the weather changes in after the snorkeling trip has started
- Reservations must be cancelled forty-eight (48 hours) hotel time, prior to your arrival date, in order to avoid full room cancellation fee.
- If reservations are cancelled less than 48 hours before the arrival date, full payment is charged.
- Once checked in, no refund will be provided except in the condition mentioned in section (IV).
