Term and Conditions

1.  Loss of any snorkeling equipment will be charged accordingly.
2. Any damaged and/or theft of property belongs to Ocean Seafood Village will be penalized.
3. Only Malaysia Ringgit is accepted.
4. Snorkeling trips are subject to weather and sea condition of the day.
5. Partial refund will be provided if the weather is in bad condition with the terms that the snorkeling trip is not started.
6. No refund will be provided if the weather changes in after the snorkeling trip has started
7. Reservations must be cancelled forty-eight (48 hours) hotel time, prior to your arrival date, in order to avoid full room cancellation fee.
8. If reservations are cancelled less than 48 hours before the arrival date, full payment is charged.
9. Once checked in, no refund will be provided except in the condition mentioned in section (IV).
